Planning a spa day in Sedona

How to plan a slow, restful day around a massage among the red rocks.

Sedona has a long tradition of wellness and healing, and a massage is one of the best ways to unwind after a day on the trails. Our boutique spa is tucked beside the gardens, just steps from your villa.

Choosing a treatment

  • Adobe Rejuvenating Massage, our signature: a flowing Swedish massage with reflexology, warm stones, essential oils and hot towels.
  • Sedona Hikers: a hot stone massage finished with thirty minutes of foot reflexology, made for after the trail.
  • Deep Tissue Delight, for guests who prefer firm pressure.
  • Couples Massage: each of you chooses any treatment and enjoys it side by side.

When to book

Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10 a.m., so most guests book from 10 a.m. Weekends, Sundays and holidays fill first, so reserve ahead. A late-afternoon treatment pairs well with a sunset afterward.

A simple spa day

  • Morning: breakfast, then an easy walk in Fay Canyon or around Bell Rock.
  • Afternoon: your massage, then the pool and gardens or a long soak in your villa's jetted tub.
  • Evening: sunset from Airport Mesa or your own balcony, and dinner nearby.

What to bring

Nothing at all. Walk over in the robe and sandals from your villa, and leave your phone behind.
