Reservations made through our booking page or directly with Adobe Grand Villas are also governed by our Reservation & Stay Policies and by the rates, dates, payment terms, and cancellation terms confirmed for your specific reservation.

Reservations made through Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, or another third-party booking provider are subject to the rates, fees, payment terms, cancellation rules, and modification conditions associated with that specific reservation.

We make reasonable efforts to keep villa descriptions, photographs, amenities, rates, offers, and other information accurate and current.

We make every effort to accurately represent each villa. Furnishings, décor, amenities, landscaping, and views may occasionally change as the property is maintained, improved, or updated.
Rates and availability are confirmed only through our booking system or directly by our staff.
Seasonal promotions and special offers apply only during the dates and under the conditions stated for the offer and may be subject to exclusions.

Mihir cannot:
- create, change, or cancel a reservation
- guarantee availability
- confirm a final price
- authorize a discount
- waive a fee
- change a policy

Our published policies and the terms specifically confirmed for your reservation take precedence over anything generated through the chat.

Adobe Grand Villas may recommend or help arrange dining, tours, transportation, spa services, activities, or other services offered by independent third parties.
