In keeping with the redefinition of a luxury bed and breakfast establishment, Chef Michael Merilli brings to the Adobe Grand Villas his culinary talents from years of experience at such distinguished New Orleans establishments as, Mr. B's, under chef Gerard Maras; Bistro at Maison de Ville with the late John Neal; and later at Peristyle. As owner and Executive Chef of Gauthier Market Cafe, Michael Merilli became well known for his "forthright expression in preparations" that were "creative yet not wildly unconventional."
