HIDEAWAY HOUSE

The origin of the Hideaway House started with a trip to Sedona in 2013 by a couple. It was their first Christmas as empty-nesters and they decided take a quick couple's getaway down to Sedona for dinner. They ate at their favorite local restaurant. On their drive back to Phoenix they both saw their own shooting stars under the wide Arizona sky. They both made separate wishes silently on a whim. Little did they known that they had both wished for the same thing and that their dreams were about to come true. Three weeks after the trip their son invited them to dinner with his best friend. At the dinner they proposed moving to Sedona to open a restaurant. They had heard about a space opening up and two days later they viewed the property.They fell in love with the space and four months later opened Hideaway House. When they eventually made the logo they included two stars to honor the two shooting stars that made their dreams too. 

The cuisine they serve is cooked with love and care. They describe their dishes as Curious Country Italian. Their dishes come from family recipes and their love of Italian cuisine. The restaurant is open daily, Sunday through Thursday from 11 am to 9 pm and Friday through Saturday from 11 am to 10 pm.  They only close on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas day. Happy hour is from Monday through Friday from 3 pm to 6 pm. For Six dollars guests can get local draft beer, well drinks, house wine, house margarita, or cosmo on the creek. Their menu includes appetizers, salads, crustini, soup, sandwiches, pizza, entrees, pasta, and dessert. For those visiting Sedona it is a must-eat for its amazing view and delightful dishes. Each bite of food is wish come true.
